I had such a great day yesterday. The first Artisan Sundays took place at the North Market and it was a great success. There was a great variety of vendors... the weather was fabulous... and I saw Elvis Costello! It was so bizarre. I was talking with a customer and then someone said, "Look behind you, Elvis Costello is sitting behind you!" And sure enough he was. He was having a coffee (I think) and just hanging out at the North Market. He opened for Sting and was in town for the concert that night. A little brush with celebrity... always cool.
Anywhoo... the event was great and I am excited to do more shows. The next one I have planned is in Westerville, May 18. Come and visit...

I cannot relay my jealousy over your Elvis siting through the internet...but know that I'm SO envious! I was tied up all weekend and already kicking myself about not getting to the N. Market. lol
I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to say hello. Everytime I left the booth it was just to get a drink or use the restroom. :-(
